After a few days ( dietonica) of having started the diet you will go to the nearest little store and you'll buy a bread or something that will satisfy you because you're going to feel that you can not take it anymore.

Decrease the level of carbohydrates and keep the number of calories, you'll see that that will not make you hungry. It has been seen that people who restrict the amount of carbohydrates burn fat more effectively than those who do not.
